ACFE Chapter Event Certificate Solution

One of the most common questions I receive is how other chapters send out certificates for their events. Many chapters send certificates using the association management platform they have. Others have a more complicated and time-consuming process. I recently met with the vendor, SimpleCert and was impressed with their features and cost. Additionally, the ACFE helped negotiate a discount for ACFE chapters that sign with them.

All chapters that sign with SimpleCert will receive 10% off all purchases for the life of the account. In addition to this overall discount, if you wish to sign up for one of the monthly subscriptions, you will receive an additional 15% off costs associated with those monthly packages for the first 12 months of your subscription.

SimpleCert offers two primary methods of providing certificate solutions. You can purchase a monthly service plan that gives you a set number of certificates you can send monthly. The other option is buying a bulk number of certificates. The most popular option is purchasing a combination of both. However, purchasing a monthly option gives you and your attendees access to what they refer to as the recipient portal.

The recipient portal allows your attendees to log in to view any previously awarded certificates that were given since using the platform. I am sure you receive requests from attendees saying they didn’t receive a certificate. The recipient portal allows them to log in to their account and view/download their certificates without any additional effort on your part.

Steps to receive the 10% permanent discount
If you have not yet signed up for a SimpleCert account but intend to do so, create your account and sign up using this URL. Your 10% discount will be automatically applied to your account from the first purchase you make.

Steps to receive the additional 15% discount on all monthly packages
If you have a SimpleCert account, please email Aaron Cole at aaron@simplecert.net. He will apply the monthly discount to your account. The monthly subscription discount is offered for the first 12 months of the subscription. After your 12-month period has expired, your account will revert down to the 10% permanent discount on all purchases.
