More Updated Chapter Resources
/The ACFE provides many resources to chapters to assist them in challenges such as growing membership, holding successful events and more.
Last month, the speaker database was updated. Presenters from the 35th Annual Global Fraud Conference and several fraudsters were added to the list of recommended speakers. We just added the video recording of the virtual Chapter Leaders Meeting held on June 3-4. We also added two sessions from the 34th Annual Global Fraud Conference that you can play to your audience if your speaker cancels at the last minute.
Nearly 250 chapter leaders attended the annual Chapter Leaders Meeting in June. However, if you missed it or would like to go back and watch it again, now is your opportunity to watch the replay. The link for the Leaders Meeting is found in the More Resources section of the site.
Also, a common struggle for chapters is when their speaker cancels at the last minute. Their flight may be delayed, stuck in traffic or their internet isn’t working. Many chapters already have contingencies in place. However, if all else fails, we have another option for you. In the Event Resource List on the Chapter Admin site, there’s a link for Speaker Replacement Resource. You will see two video recordings from the 34th Annual Global Fraud Conference that we received permission for chapters to play for their attendees as a last resort. You will not be able to issue NASBA CPE credit for it, but you can offer CPE credit that the ACFE will accept.
