Each year at the ACFE Global Fraud Conference, the ACFE recognizes local chapters that have exceeded their missions by presenting the Chapter of the Year awards. The 2024 Chapters of the Year were given to the South Africa Chapter and the Knoxville Ohio Chapter. The Chapter Community Service & Outreach award was presented to the Middle Tennessee Chapter.

Since 2015, the host city’s chapter started holding events to support the conference and act as a fundraiser for the ACFE Foundation.
